The accommodation features a seating area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher. An oven and microwave are also provided, as well as a kettle. Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Towels are offered.

SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.
A refundable security deposit to cover additional charges, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Group Policy: Three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates is considered a group booking. When making a group booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked.
Unfortunately, the property is unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved.
Please note this is a meet and greet property; in order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform SACO of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival and if making a same day booking, a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may result in a delay to gain access. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. 萬寶龍昨(21)日晚間舉辦TimeWalker系列腕錶上市派對，派對現場更特別限時展出從歐洲空運來台的五只古董計時器，重現1960年代國際運動賽事官方指定計時器，也是該腕錶系列設計的靈感泉源，而台灣也是亞洲巡迴演出的第一站，十分難得。
而伊林名模蔡淑臻、吳品萱也性感亮相擔任晚上腕錶派對的嘉賓，兩人以透明蕾絲裝與低胸洋裝性感現身，蔡淑臻穿上一襲台灣設計師溫慶珠設計的透明蕾絲長洋裝、內搭黑色內衣若隱若現，近看十分性感，遠看則是充滿優雅氛圍。她受訪表示、這套透膚感洋裝是自己挑選的，因為最喜歡這套洋裝的性感設計，手上則是配戴了寶曦系列的精品腕錶。

名模蔡淑臻也說自己平常比較少戴錶，但是男友李沛旭就常常戴，更笑稱自己常常偷戴男友的腕錶出門，男友都很大方不介意，兩人甜蜜放閃；當問到蔡淑臻如果要挑選一只錶送給男友李沛旭會挑選哪種款式的錶呢？她笑著說、會想送男友比較粗獷、大錶徑的腕錶，而且會送基本款給他。

近日高溫炎熱，卻傳出台糖位於屏東萬巒的「四林種豬(繁殖)場」遭屏東縣政府「停止水權」處分，造成場內 1 萬 7000 多隻豬隻不堪缺水與環境髒亂之苦，陸續傳出暴斃情況；台糖今（ 25 ）日發出聲明表示，養豬場用水充足，豬隻健康安全無虞，也將持續與縣府溝通，在最短時間內恢復水權。
台糖「四林種豬(繁殖)場」 7 月 1 日起遭屏東縣政府停水，起因是由於台糖未能及時配合屏東縣政府要求施行攸關排泄物處理的「沼渣沼液農田肥分使用計畫」，由於雙方對於實行期程與落實沒有達成共識，屏東縣政府欲以停水方式，迫使台糖加速進行「沼渣沼液農田肥分使用計畫」。據了解，台糖雖已於一周前緊急提出「沼渣沼液農田肥分使用計畫」的整場改建計畫，但縣府卻仍未恢復供水。
動物社會研究會人員到「四林種豬(繁殖)場」實際了解情況，發現幾乎所有豬隻都全身沾滿糞便，多數豬隻因供水不足，熱到躺在地上不動、毫無活力，部分豬隻明顯出現呼吸急促、張口喘氣、側躺或躺在糞溝裡的狀況，呼籲相關單位應重視場內豬隻的生存權益，不該讓動物承受「人禍」。
台糖今日表示，感謝動保團體對泗林繁殖場豬隻用水的關心，該繁殖場目前改以每日利用槽車運水，減少場內沖洗用水，高溫時以噴霧方式降溫，所有豬隻皆有充足、清潔的水飲用，福利及健康無慮。
台糖補充，由於受限於預算規畫，提列必須遵循一定的法定期程，以致在畜殖場改建期程上與縣府期待有所落差，將持續與縣府溝通，在最短時間內恢復水權。
台糖強調，台糖養豬場均已建場逾 2 、 30 年，每年投入大量資源於廢水處理場，放流水皆符合政府規定標準，並使用於飼料添加益生菌及除臭劑、設置綠帶種植桉樹等相關可能減少豬糞臭味的做法，為更能符合屏東縣府及住民期待，將於縣內 6 座養豬場以「循環園區」為設計理念，籌建畜殖產業與友善環境兩者精美兼顧的「生產、生態、生活」三生一體複合型養豬綠能循環園區，相關改建計畫書已供縣府卓參，盼養豬 2.0 版的努力能獲縣府與當地居民的支持與認同，進而達成共識。
